In lieu of foreclosure, ProSe homeowner/borrower who want to use the cost mitigation alternatives with lender, under self help or ProSe homeowner/borrower's specific direction, LDA Self Help will provide the following typing services:

1)  Financial statement and budget analysis based on customer given information and specific direction.

2)  Submit loan modification and follow up per customer's specific direction/request.

3)  Update loan mod with new doc as required per customer's specific request.

4)  Prepare other alternatives if loan modification failed as specific requested by Pro Se customer/homeowner/borrower.
