Uncontested divorce is conducted by Petitioner and or Respondent as In Pro Per litigant after he or she has been consulted with his/her attorney for legal advice prior to representing as In Pro Per litigant in court. Under self help or ProSe litigant's specific direction, LDA Self Help will provide the following typing services:

* Typing uncontested divorce petition based on customer's given information and specific direction.

* Response to uncontested divorce petition per respondent specific direction and request.

* Temporay restraining order per ProSe customer's specific direction/supervision.

* Child Support modification or Response to child custody under customer's specific direction/supervision
