1/  Preparing Debtor's Financial Statement and Budget Analysis based on customer's specific given information and direction.  

2/ Typing hardship letters under customer's specific direction or supervision.

4/  Negotiation with creditors per debtor's specific instructions and authorization.

5/  Scheduling for debt settlement agreement with mutually consent by creditor and debtor.

6/ ProSe debtor will pay settled debt direct to creditor/collection agency.
